Meditations on Photographs and Prayers from Northern Light: A Canadian Prayer Book by Les Miller.

Visio Divina. Hybrid (in-person and online). A meditation upon the sacred in the Canadian landscape. Latin for “divine seeing”, Visio Divina is a form of contemplative prayer through meditation on art work or images. During this series we will be meditating on photographs and prayers from the book Northern Light: A Canadian Prayer Book by Les Miller.  This series will be held after the service at 12:30 pm on March 9, 16, 23 and April 6 in the Pottinger Room as well as on ZOOM, and conclude with an in-person trip to the Ottawa Art Gallery at 1:00pm Sunday April 27th. Note:  Author Les Miller will be joining us on March 16th via ZOOM to talk about his book Northern Lights and his share own experiences with Visio Divina.  Register online below or email Melanie A.
