White Gift Sunday
I have some exciting news about Cambridge Street Community Public School and St. Andrew’s.
In discussion with Caroline Thériault, I learned of a new focus for the 2024-2025 school year.
Literacy and Numeracy will always be core in the programming at Cambridge Street School but this year there will be an additional emphasis on the Arts.
Arts can take many forms and I hope St. Andrew’s will be able to support their initiatives to provide opportunities to experience the visual arts, performing arts, and/or even architecture.
Caroline Theriault will be with us during the morning service on November 24 and will provide more information about this new endeavour at Cambridge Street Public School.
Some of you may wish to continue to offer books for the library and these can be left in the white bins in either Narthex.
Monetary gifts would be most appreciated this year as the school starts to plan activities for the students.
Please make sure cheques are made out to ‘CAMBRIDGE STREET PUBLIC SCHOOL” and in an envelope marked “WHITE GIFT SUNDAY - CAMBRIDGE SCHOOL”.
Please deposit cheques in the safe drop by the church office.
Thank you in advance for your support!
